Juno OMAKASE invites you to trust our chef's expertise for a dining experience like no other.

Imagine a place where there's no fixed menu, inspired by the best of Japanese tradition with an innovative Mexican twist, truly pushing the boundaries of what an omakase can be.

With only six seats, Juno Omakase invites guests into a captivating space where performance and dining blend into a truly unforgettable experience. Curated by Executive Chef Leonard Tanyag, indulge in 15 creative courses crafted one by one in front of you by Juno Omakase’s expert sushi chefs. To enhance the experience, our dedicated sommelier offers exquisite wine and sake pairings, carefully chosen to complement the vibrant and intricate flavours of each course.

Our menu, built daily with fresh seasonal ingredients, is a delight for the senses, while our décor emulates the delicate Japanese artistry, with subtle hints evoking the vibrancy of Mexico.

 
 

JUNO OMAKASE RESERVATIONS

SITtings are at 6:00pm and 8:30pm, Tuesday – Friday, and 1:00pm, 6:00pm, and 8:30pm on Saturdays.

Our Omakase experience requires full pre-payment of £230, inclusive of service charge, at the time of booking. The pre-payment includes the food and drink pairing, if you have booked this in advance. Individual drinks or extra sushi pieces are not included in the pre-payment. This will be charged separately and can be paid on the day of your experience.

Before reserving, we kindly ask all guests to familiarise themselves with our reservation policies below, to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.

A Rare Sake Experience with Toko Sake Brewery

 Discover five rare expressions of Toko Sake Brewery from Kojima Sohonten, the 13th oldest sake brewery in the world, at Juno Omakase. Meet the 24th-generation owner, Mr. Kojima, who will personally guide you through each pairing and share the artistry behind Toko’s craft. From Yonezawa, where pristine water, mountain air, and rich soil create ideal brewing conditions, Toko Sake embodies over four centuries of tradition.  

Enjoy this exclusive, one-night-only experience in Notting Hill on Wednesday, 12th March, featuring exceptional Toko Sake expressions flown in directly from Japan to the UK’s most intimate restaurant.

£360 per person, inclusive of expertly curated Toko Sake pairing and service charge.

RESERVATIONs POLICy

  • Seatings are at 6pm or 8.30pm, Tuesday - Friday; 1pm, 6pm or 8.30pm on Saturdays and the dining experience will last approximately 2 hours.

    We kindly ask guests to arrive 30 minutes before their reservation. All guests will be served at the same time, with service beginning promptly at the reservation time. Any guests arriving after the doors close will not be seated.

    We will ask you to pre-pay for the Juno Omakase experience at the time of booking. The pre-payment covers the food and service charge but does not include drinks unless you have pre-booked a drink pairing in advance. Individual drinks or extra sushi pieces are not included in the pre-payment and need to be paid for separately when you dine with us.

    Please kindly note, we cannot accommodate any guests under the age of 16.

    We operate a reservation-only policy. VAT is included in the Omakase menu.

  • Our “omakase” 15-course menu is based largely on raw, cooked fish and shellfish. Juno Omakase is nut, gluten and celery free, however we are currently unable to accommodate any other food allergies or intolerances, and those who have a vegetarian or vegan diet.

  • All bookings will be subject to a 72-hour cancellation and amendment policy. There is a 100% cancellation fee for any cancellations or amendments with less than 72 hours’ notice. All cancellations, amendments or reductions prior to 72-hours will incur a £35 handling charge. Refunds of remaining payments within the cancellation period will be handled on the next available working day.
